This digital conference provides practical support for new consultants, senior registrars and SAS doctors of equivalent grades.
The programme was developed in collaboration with the RCP New Consultants Committee. Speakers draw on their own experience, offering inspiration and advice for those at the start of their consultant careers.

- civility in the workplace – how to improve workplace culture and lead with compassion
- battling imposter syndrome
- complaints, structured judgement reviews and coroners’ court.
