The RCP National new consultants conference will provide practical support for new consultants, senior trainees and SAS doctors.
The programme was developed in collaboration with the RCP New Consultants Committee. Speakers have drawn on their own experience, offering inspiration and advice for those at the start of their consultant careers.
The content is worth 6 CPD credits and topics include:
- leadership and mentorship
- looking after yourself and managing your time
- legal, financial and operational processes
- making changes and improving services.
