This digital conference will provide practical support for new consultants, senior registrars and SAS doctors of equivalent grades.
The programme has been developed in collaboration with the RCP New Consultants Committee. Speakers will draw on their own experience, offering inspiration and advice for those at the start of their consultant careers.
Topics include:
- how to set up a new service and write a business case
- civility in the workplace – how to improve workplace culture and lead with compassion
- battling imposter syndrome
- complaints, structured judgement reviews and coroners’ court.
We hope this virtual conference will allow delegates from across the regions to access valuable support at this stage of your career. This event will be live streamed on Thursday 26 March 2026 and will be available to view on-demand for 90 days post event (24 June 2026).
